My background includes hands-on leadership roles in investment and finance, commercial construction, IT managed services, and banking — where I implemented business operating systems, drove accountability, and built high-trust cultures in fast-moving, often complex environments.
That experience informs my work today — especially with search funds and ETA leaders navigating the search and acquisition process. I’ve built proven systems for identifying, vetting, and closing lower-middle-market deals, and for helping new CEOs create structure and momentum early in their tenure.
